國內手機市場格局生變：從一超多強到三足鼎立

為加強智慧法治前瞻性研究，幫助包括智慧法治研究方向在內的青年法學法律人才脫穎而出，推動智慧法治研究學術生態建設，以“智慧法治”為主題的2021世界人工智能大會法治青年論壇將于2021年7月9日下午在上海世博中心藍廳舉辦。

隆重介紹我們邀請的9位人工智能法治研究領域的青年精英，他們將在現場發表精彩演講，分享腦機結合、情感計算、數據信托、數字孿生、可信算法等前沿話題的最新研究成果，其中多個原創學術內容系全球首發。

翟志勇  zhai zhiyong

北京航空航天大學法學院副教授

翟志勇，中國政法大學法學學士，清華大學法學碩士、博士，哈佛大學東亞法律研究中心訪問學者（2008-2009），北京航空航天大學法學院副教授、博士生導師，社會法研究中心主任，中國科協-北航科技組織與公共政策研究院副院長。主要研究方向為法理學、公法學、數據法。出版專著《公法的法理學》《從<共同綱領>到“八二憲法”》。作為中國科協法律咨詢專家，先后承擔中國科協各類科技法律與政策研究項目，為“科創中國”提供戰略咨詢服務�，F在主要在數據主權、安全與隱私領域，探討數字時代的人類問題，重點關注賽博空間革命帶來的多元主權實踐，以及在此基礎上形成的新的法律秩序。

zhai zhiyong, ll.b., china university of political science and law. ll.m. and ph.d., tsinghua university. visiting scholar, center for east asian legal studies, harvard university (2008-2009). associate professor and doctoral supervisor, director of social law research center, beihang university law school. vice president of cast-buaa institute for science and technology organization and public policy. his main research interests are jurisprudence, public jurisprudence, and data law. he has published the book "jurisprudence of public law" and "from the common program to the constitution of 1982". as a legal consultant of the china association for science and technology (cast), he has undertaken various research projects on science and technology law and policy for cast, and provided strategic consulting services for "innovation china". he is now focusing on data sovereignty, security and privacy, and discussing human issues in the digital age, with a focus on the pluralistic sovereignty practices brought about by the cyberspace revolution and the new legal order formed on this basis.
